Many native missionaries and church leaders lack formal training. Or they may serve in places where Christians are persecuted and any Biblical education is conducted one-on-one and in secret.

 

Based on the unique needs of each ministry, AIM provides funding for small-scale pastoral and missionary training workshops as well as sponsorship of students attending seminaries in urban areas.

 

The education they receive equips believers to serve in leadership roles in their churches, in children’s ministries, and in evangelistic outreach beyond the borders of their own communities.
